We do not claim to be the sole provider of corresponding information or service offers in the offer of this website under the Internet domain with the generic term ‘Elektrogesetz’. The German Supreme Court negated an anticompetitive misdirection in the registration of descriptive generic terms as Internet domains in the form of a monopolizing allocation in its ruling AnwZ (B) 41/02 dated 25 November 2002 and instead emphasized the principle of priority in the registration.
